On Wednesday, November 20, 2019, 18:30 pm, at the Archaeological Museum of Komotini will be held the 3rd Seminar on Prehistoric Thrace organized by the Ephorate of Antiquities of Rhodope. New research program on the presence of early farmers in Thrace will be presented. The project is held under the auspices of the Democritus University of Thrace in collaboration with the Ephorates of Antiquities of Rhodope and Xanthe, the Laboratory of Geophysical-Satellite Remote Sensing and Archaeo-environment, Foundation for Research and Technology (FORTH), the Department of Physical and Environmental Geography at Aristotle University, and the Laboratory of Archaeometry in the Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology at NCSR Demokritos.
