Dushka Urem-Kotsou is Associate Professor of Prehistoric Archaeology at Department of History and Ethnology, Democritus University of Thrace, Greece. Her expertise ranges from pottery to environmental and food archaeology, architecture and settlements in prehistory of the Aegean and Southeastern Europe.
